You have a Quest!

Quests
Hooray! One of the Uber Faeries has popped up and asked you for a specific item...now what? Now you must find that item and then return it to them in order to complete your quest. On completion of your Quest, the Faerie will decide which of your pets is worthy of her reward.
While you are on a Quest, you will not be able to use the shop wizard until you have completed it. If you do not have the item they ask for, check the chat boards for help. If you ask, many people will be happy to check the wizard for you and tell you where the cheapest one may be found. When you have the item you need, go to the Neopets Quests page to return it to the Faerie. If you do not want to do a Quest, or you think it's impossible, you can refuse. (I always refuse the Earth Faerie Quests. All she does is feed one of your pets and she always wants expensive items.) If you do this, you will not be able to take on another Quest for a short period of time.
Be sure to return after that so that you can get the Faerie Queen, Fyora's, permission to go on more quests.
